Does anyone have a generic farming letter for expired Real Estate listings?

by admin on October 4, 2009

I am a new Agent getting started in the business. Does anyone have a generic farming letter that I could use to generate listings that are expired? Thank you for you help!
I would recommend that you call or knock on the door, since there are usually competing agents that are using these immediate-results approaches to expireds… You may find that you are wasting paper and postage to tackle them that way. FYI… Farming is when you pick a neighborhood or subdivision and send the whole area mailers on a regular schedule. You don’t farm expireds… Good luck! It’s an awesome time to get started.
