As a Real Estate Consultant, what would be the most effective and efficient ways to market my services?

I am trying to generate more leads I am new to the business and would like get more clients as soon as possible. I’m not trying to get rich quick just more experienced and make a lot more money doing so… for a business marketing is everything how can I market my-self to generate a strong sphere of influence?

I have found in the real estate field that the direct mail approach works best. Second, telemarketing, third door knocking. Let me help with these just a bit:
Direct mail, compile your mailing lists and get yourself on an aggressive mailing program. I would send out from 500-1000 personalized mailers each month. Telemarketing, get those approved calling lists and call to talk set up appts to talk about either buying or selling. This is strictly an appt so don’t get to excited yet. Door knocking, I found to be the least productive but there are those that have made this approach work very nicely. Probably the best advice is; don’t give up. Good luck!
